    Self-talk is all those things you are thinking in your head. There are, what I call, 2 sides of self-talk. One side is what I call the “facts”. “Just the facts ma’am.” How fast am I driving? What am I going to cook for dinner? How much is the electric bill? What is next on my to-do list? Etc. The facts and to-do tasks that fill our days and activities are the benign, non-emotion evoking thoughts that run through our brain.     As a Coach, I don’t have the solutions for my clients, nor do I pretend to. I may have some answers, but I find that most people need solutions versus answers. My solutions may not be the best for my client. This is an important distinction to make and I always set out to help my clients make those distinctions for themselves. The solution that best served me likely won’t serve my client or their situation.
